What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone) you or a roping producer provide; roping data (entries, classification numbers, run times, results, payouts) producers enter for their events; and basic usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To run the service — show entries and results, send event notifications you've opted into (push or text), and provide support. We don't sell your phone number or personal information. Phone numbers collected for SMS opt-in are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messages
If you opt in to text updates, your phone number is used only to send the event notifications you signed up for. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — see our Terms of Service for the full SMS program details.
Sharing
Roping data you enter is visible to the organization running that event and, where applicable, to other contestants (e.g. entries, draw order, results). We use service providers (hosting, SMS/push delivery) only to operate the app, under agreements that limit their use of your data.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can ask us to delete your account data by contacting us.
